After This I want to adopt 15 Orphan children & 15 old age Parents.
I felt that there should be platform like this website where I can share deep & intense knowledge which is practically tested and proven so that It can empower retail traders & Investors with the resources as Pair trading , Market Neutral strategy building for regular side income and quality stocks investing model for passive wealth creation in long-run.
I believe that Following a simple & well defined scientific process of creating financial freedom is most important process rather doing random things.
I have created Market Neutral strategy based process which is practically Effective, Easy to execute and very less time taking.
And for that I would like to share a little about myself...
My Background
Like many of common students, I was fair in studies, Very Big positive impact was from my surrounded good intelligent friends. I had limited friends but majority were good in studies. It created a fair permanent mindset impact on me for a better career. ( here learning tip is- Company does effect for sure. Choose your Friends wisely )
But, I was very confused just after my 12th class. I was a Person who wanted to do something big, but had no clue what exactly a 12th class student can do.. no direction, No fix mindset in 2009. ( Today’s Digital Social Media platforms Era was not there 13 years back. )
The Search Within…
My father asked me to do Mechanical Engineering and I wanted to do in computer science in a NCR college. But For some Financial reasons I had to join B.tech Mechnical in my City.
Just after 15 days of classes in B.tech, ( same as Amir Khan Movie: 3 Idiots) I realised that I am going to waste my another 4 years, probably my future.
It was a turning point for me to enter in commerce after quitting B.tech in just 15 days, All were trying to convince me, including college Management. But I did not listen others, Later on I applied for CA and Graduation in Commerce.
It was the time for my 1st crush….. !! Yeah.. “STOCK MARKET” in 2010. With Whom I married on full-time basis in 2016 😉 Crush Became Permanent Love !! 🙂 …
Quest towards stock markets...
Love At First sight:– When I went in Bareilly for CA classes preparation, There I was living in a hostel, 1 Day I saw that Hostel Manager was doing something on computer with Red, Green Numbers. That time I did not understand what it was,
I asked to my hostel Friend, He told me that this Hostel Manager does Stock Market trading for his owner and many time He makes Thousands of Profit in a day. I was extremely surprised and I was be like- ऐसा भी होता है क्या ? How is it possible. In that same city I also found 1 CA-Final exam vaale Bhaiya, He used to do commodity trading, so got some more hint about trading how risky/rewarding it is.
Bingo.. !! That was the day when I did first Google search and keywords were: ” How does stock price fluctuate” ?
Google Said- It is simply based on Economics demand and Supply concept. From here I started learning side by side about stock market….
Inspiration tip– Today I have several CA, CFA Doctors, Business Professional Clients & trainees, I do Have Multiscreen Setup, I also do play with those Red, green numbers on daily basis. Always remember- Anything from anywhere may be your first crush which may last long with you to change your entire life, You just need to understand and develope it slowly by having confidence on yourself. 🙂
And yes that CA-final Commodity vaale bhaiya also called me to take advise in 2020. 😉
The Struggle Begins...
Later on During Commerce graduation, CFA & CA exams and MBA Time, I struggled a lot to balance for stock market studies and career focusing things. Even Did a Job In a MNC for 2 years in night shift (DELHI). That time my routine was: 4PM to 3.30AM job, then 4AM to 6AM Stock market Study on daily basis. Then some more incomplete sleep in market hours & side by side trading.
Inspiration tip– Because I had passion for stock market, Hence I used to enjoy my study without proper Sleep.
During my job, Several people were famous in my process for accounting, MS excel, Communication skills, Tech Skills, और मै बदनाम था अपने पहले प्यार स्टॉक मार्किट ट्रेडिंग को लेकर . ( And I was Infamous for stock market trading skills. ) But I was happy with this, Because people used to come for market discussion.
{{ Inspiration tip: Those who did not have confidence on me during my job, Now many of them are my trainees or clients and giving an example to others for my passion following life changing decision, Best happiness is when few of them said I Want to become like you. ( It gives me inner peace for happy life, Also few share their experience that they are inspired from such struggles and trading style the way I have, It is a real motivation to work for my society ).

The 2 Big learning from losses:
Lesson 1- During my early days I started learning options trading after learning incomplete technical analysis, 1 Day during the intraday, first I made close to Rs. 6000 profit over my capital of Rs.20,000 in first 2 hours.( that time I was very common newbie trader as all we start our 1st step), I was in heaven that It is very easy to earn from options call & put.
Then in 2nd half my all profit gone, I bought multiple lot, and from base capital I lost Rs. 8000 ( +that 6k profit also gone). 40% capital loss. I was fortunate that I did not use Big amount capital initially. It was the trigger to take learning things properly. In the very early time I got this lesson that do not allow your Greed to dominate you.
As it was my first biggest loss, for 2 days I did not talk to anyone. It was like: भगवान् की लाठी और स्टॉक मार्किट की लाठी मैं आवाज़ नहीं होती , लेकिन दर्द बोहत होता है 😉
Lesson 2- When I learnt pair trading in first year I made more than 84% ROI, I was again like: DALAL Street ka King kaun ?? Neetesh Pathak – The trader !
and again back to back 2 big losses in lacs (( yes in lacs, qk ab chhota trader bada ban chuka tha…, in that particular year I made capital loss of 8% but problem was I doubled my capital after making 84% in previous year ( So it was painful as 16% capital loss ).) Net net I was in profit by combining 2 years. Few of my Close people also made loss in that particular year. I was very upset, Demotivated & stressed for 1 year. in this period I also tried new things under loss pressure & further made bumper losses, my mind was totally lost. I was feeling myself as very insecured for stock market full-time career even for few phase of personal life was imbalanced.
My Recovery-
I was The trader, I took a break after several losses, for 2 months I was in great level of fear before touching any new pair trade or any Swing trade/Options trade. But Slowly I realised that how I made 84%+,
During that break I analysed myself, my strategies, my way of trading. Then I got to know the other side of trading, Like- 1- What should be my quantity, 2-There should a place for fixed stop loss, 3- Reserve emergency fund, 4- Timeframe modification as per my nature and time, 5- Take break when major loss or profit is there, 6- Do not listen or follow others, 7- Be your own motivator and act like a creator, 8- Do not run behind Fancy tools/strategies, 9- Work with most simplest form of strategies for best peaceful outcome. 10- Do not focus on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance much, you are here for many years not for few days tukka/gamble trading, hence focus for annual or semi-annual profit etc.
And then Ultimate Profitable Journey Started...
- During that 1 year struggle, I talked to several senior Traders, Made some links, Read books, watched very experience traders interviews, Joined few classes and, I analysed my pattern of making losses. Learnt my strategy in depth. and from that time till today.. year on year basis I am consistently making profit, Even from last 1.5year, I have started showing my Trading portfolio report time to time on Twitter ( https://twitter.com/Neetesh22?s=09 )and in Telegram ( https://t.me/Neeteshpathakofficial )
Figured out Market Neutral Strategies Process:
Based on my 11 years of study for stock market & Finance, I created several rules for my Investing methodology & for trading process. Where I found if you adopt scientific way style of Investing & trading then Profit making process is very easy.
Specially I figured out that If We can sleep without any stress, we can travel even if multiple positions are active in our account, that is true Freedom as a trader. To get real Freedom I created this model Which is “Market Neutral Strategy Process” For living.
Financial Freedom Journey starts...
When I look back at my journey, I had to face many hurdles due to lack of finances and compromise to great extent. Also, I was fortunate to learn from my mistakes early in my investing & trading journey.
Have achieved first level of financial freedom where my Market Neutral strategies without any extra efforts are covering my operating expenses related to essential needs, EMIs etc.
I want to be completely financial free before the age of 40, So that I can spend my remaining life for social work desires.
My Big Vision
Finally, there is mis-conception of becoming full-time trader to perform better in markets. Which is a BIG MYTH…
If I ( a night shift salaried person) CAN DO IT…ANYONE CAN…
